In order to be eligible for a refund on a brand new sealed item, you have to return the product within 14 calender days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it in and unopened in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect your item and process a refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase

In order to be eligible for a refund on a used item, you have to return the product within 14 calender days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it in and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect your item and process a in store credit for the purchase amount. 

If you initiated a refund after 14 calender days have passed you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
